Bar Crusher, the Australian plate aluminium manufacturer have launched their latest special edition series, the ‘Exocet’. It follow on from the Apache, released in 2010 and is named after the french Exocet missile, interestingly an Anti Ship warhead.

The Exocet will be available in two models, the 615C and 670HT. They will include all the standard features in the existing range plus some custom inclusions and unique features. All Exocet models will come with a distinctive graphic and paint scheme of grey with gloss black on the transom, roof and hull sides. The helm will come in a matte black with carpet lining the roof and walls of the cabin and side pockets. A special upright in the side pocket will accommodate tag or gaff poles while there will be a new mini deluxe baitboard as standard on the 615C Exocet.

The trailer too gets a spruce up with 15 inch black mag wheels and black painted mudflaps.

Both models are over 6 metres with the 615C rated to carry up to a 150hp outboard, while the 670 can carry 200hp, with  fuel capacities of 140L and 190L. Long range tanks are an option. Built in Victoria, Bar Crusher have made a name for themselves as a tough uncompromising fishing boat and both these vessels are no exception. They are both capable of long offshore runs chasing large pelagics or closer to home for snapper and other inshore reef dwellers.Bar_Crusher_exocet_series_670HT-2
