The Ferratti Group has released the first pictures of its new Riva 100 Corsaro ahead of its world launch in Hong Kong next month.

The stunning 29m mega yacht was launched in the Golfo dei Poeti, one of the most beautiful and world-renowned regions of Italy with the photos taken off the coast on the Ligurian Sea.

The Riva 100′ Corsaro is a collaboration between Officina Italiana Design (the exclusive designer for the Riva fleet), and the Ferretti Group. It is the natural heir to previous models and the perfect combination of comfort, performance, style and safety.

Its majestic dimensions are characterized by a sharp profile, which, according to the designer, evokes the shape of an arrow with metallic colours in dark tones and large glass surfaces.

The fast planing yacht features large glazed windows that punctuate the hull and superstructure on the main deck, offering panoramic views from the saloon. Below, an uninterrupted large hull window and portholes on both sides connect the cabins.

With three double suites and a twin located below on the lower deck, the Riva 100 Corsaro can accommodate up to 10 guests. The master suite has a central double bed, walk-in wardrobe and a writing desk/vanity table with panoramic views to starboard. The crew quarters are located forward, with two crew cabins and a captain’s cabin.

At the back of the yacht there is an innovative garage that folds out to create a beach club at water level. The hydraulic system, patented by Ferretti Group, enables the platform to be submerged so guests can relax on the water. It also enables the garage to be flooded to make launching the tender easier.

There also is a sundeck in the rear of the boat that offers breathtaking views and plenty of relaxing space, as well as an al fresco dining area and cocktail bar.

The Riva 100 Corsara is powered by twin 2,435hp MTU 16V 2000 M93 engines that give it a top speed of 27 knots (50km/h).
