With brands such as Lowrance, Simrad, B&G and CMAP under their belt, Navico is a huge name in the marine electronics business. Navico has started 2019 with a bang, announcing their latest partnership with Clarion Marine Systems, via JL Audio.

Boaters are thrilled by the partnership, with the leading specialist in marine electronics providing more options than ever for their navigation, marine instruments and fish finding equipment needs. In a move that was both logical and timely, the partnership is excellent news for sea lovers, with Clarion’s range complimenting the Navico umbrella and offering a broader rage of choice. Navico has always aimed and maintained in being the leader in marine electronics, offering outstanding solutions for performance, safety and enjoyment on the water and Clarion Marine Audio Systems certainly align with their business goals and objectives.

JL Audio and Clarion officially joined forces at the end of 2018, with JL Audio assuming responsibility for Clarion’s Marine Audio Electronics and Accessories business in North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand. Since 2016, Navico APAC has been the distributor of JL Audio. With the recent partnership, it seemed like the natural step forward to distribute Clarion Marine products into the future. From 1 January 2019, Navico Australia and New Zealand have been offering a broad range of Clarion Marine audio products to their existing dealer network.

Mathew Hooper, Navico Australia and New Zealand Sales Director, commented on the recent partnership: “The well-established and quality proven Clarion Marine products complement Navico’s extensive product portfolio. We can now offer a complete and premium range of marine electronics to our customer base and look forward to developing our partnership with JL Audio with the distribution of Clarion Marine Systems.”
