The masters of indoor and outdoor catamaran creation, Seawind Catamarans have unveiled their brand new, powerful Seawind 1260. Standing at 12 metres, the Seawind 1260 has seen some creative improvements, whilst staying true to the traditional Seawind concept that encapsulates power, practicality, safety, style and comfort.

Seawinds were created with adventurous spirits in mind. The 1260 is built for exploring new terrain, able to handle more difficult conditions with ease, with its narrow waterline, allowing you to glide easily through chop. The helm is slightly elevated and positioned with an incredible level of visibility in all directions on the vessel, increasing your comfort and the safety of your passengers. A GRP cabin top protects the skipper in all conditions delivering the ultimate in cruising comfort. The all new modular design of the cockpit has been constructed with entertainment in mind, seating up to 8 people and dining 6 comfortably alfresco.

The modular seating flows through to the saloon, where the new ergonomic design allows you to seat up to 8 people comfortably. The same space converts into a lounge and can also be used as an ideal sleeping corner. The 1260 also offers an impressive indoor and outdoor entertaining area, with alfresco galley, BBQ, sink and ice boxes. Using Seawind’s famous tri-folding door system you can to open up the two spaces to create a large entertaining space, giving you the flexibility of having up to 16 people gathered together for that Sunday family BBQ or sophisticated dining surrounded by friends.

The natural ventilation accounted for by clever engineering, keeps the interior cool and flowing. The ventilation in the cabin areas has also been smartly considered, with transverse beds (one oriented north-south, and another oriented east-west), chiefly designed with your sleeping comfort in mind in three and four cabin layouts.
