Riva fans have been waiting with baited breath and just in time for their 175th anniversary, they have not disappointed, unveiling their brand new maxi flybridge yacht, The Riva 100’Corsaro, at the fourth edition of the ‘Ferretti Group Open Days’ at the exquisite Aberdeen Marina Club in Hong Kong.  The event attracted yacht lovers from around the globe, the lucky first to glimpse the new model.

Alberto Galassi, CEO of the Ferreti Group proudly spoke from Hong Kong, “The world début of the new 100’ Corsaro in Hong Kong fills us with pride and satisfaction” he said.

Galassi spoke of the strategic decision to unveil the new model in the Asia Pacific region, “It’s no accident that we decided to introduce this model in Hong Kong, since the venue again attests to the success that Riva is enjoying on the Asia Pacific market, which is essential to our Group. This unique, important début fully expresses our desire to tackle new challenges and reach new milestones, in the precious spirit we inherited from the inimitable genius who was Carlo Riva”.

As far as luxury yachts are concerned, this is la crème de la crème, with the entire 2017 production already sold out. True to form, the Riva 100’ Corsaro is the perfect blend of classic elegance with a sporty edge, dark metallic colouring and extensive, sleek glass panelling.

The new model encapsulates the classic style and quality we have come to expect from Italian designers, Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta of Officina Italiana Design who are the talented creators behind the entire Riva fleet. The innovative design and functionality of the Riva 100’ Corsaro was also crafted alongside the masterminds of the Product Strategy Committee and the Engineering Department of the Ferretti Group, who together carry on the Italian tradition of creating yachting perfection.
