Scarborough Marina has opened their new boat drystack facility. It provides undercover storage for Brisbane boat owners or simply anyone wanting to keep their boat withing striking distance to a stunning boating destination with a large array of on water options. The drystack has a maximum size limit of 9 metre length boats and is located only 40 minutes from the CBD and 30 minutes from Brisbane International Airport. The marina is designed for long term and short term occupancy.

Scarborough Marina provides a safe and secure location to keep your boat and also provides marina berths and facilities for larger boats. The location provides access to Moreton Bay and the area’s best attractions including restaurants and eateries plus must see locations all located within minutes. From the marina you have direct access to Moreton Bay. It also offers the beautiful Moreton Island and Bribie Islands as boating options a little farther afield but nonetheless accessible.

Also available at the marina are fuel pumps, shipwright services plus a 35 tonne travelift. There are also washrooms, showers facilities, a chandlery store and a laundry. It literally is a one stop shop for any boat owner.

The drystack facility can be accessed several ways including via a mobile phone app where you can simply book in your visit and the staff will have the boat waiting for you. Alternatively you can call the marina.

When you finish for the day, you can walk away and Scarborough Marina staff clean the boat, flush the engine with freshwater and place it neatly in the drystack, ready for another day. In a busy city like Brisbane, having access to a dry stack facility simplifies the boat ownership process, reducing the hassle of towing a boat around peak hour traffic and making ownership a simple walk on walk off process.
